HOW OUR PLANNING PROCESS WORKS
Step 1: Complimentary Consultation
Every journey begins with a thoughtful conversation.
We take time to understand your travel goals, preferences, timeline, and priorities to determine the best planning approach for your trip.
Step 2: Plan to Go Retainer
To begin research and proposal development, a Plan to Go Retainer starting at $325 per trip is required.
The Plan to Go Retainer reflects the time, expertise, and professional resources required to research, design, and present customized travel options. This includes evaluating flights, accommodations, routing, supplier availability, pricing fluctuations, and coordinating logistics to align with your travel goals.
The retainer is non-refundable and is earned upon commencement of planning services, regardless of whether you ultimately proceed with booking.
Travel proposals remain active for fifteen (15) days from delivery. If booking is not confirmed within this timeframe, the retainer remains earned as payment for professional planning services rendered.
Post-Travel Courtesy Rebate
As a courtesy and in appreciation of your business, Breeze Wonderful Travels may, at its sole discretion, issue a post-travel courtesy rebate of the Plan to Go Retainer to the Primary Guest after travel is completed as planned.
This courtesy rebate:
• Is not guaranteed
• Has no cash value prior to issuance
• Is not issued if reservations are canceled, materially changed, or subject to supplier penalties
Full terms are provided in your Planning Agreement.
Step 3: Booking & Confirmation
Once you select your preferred option, we manage reservations, payment scheduling, confirmations, and supplier coordination. From booking through travel, we remain your primary point of contact, ensuring clarity, organization, and peace of mind every step of the way.
PayPal or credit card payments are subject to one-time 10% processing fee. Submitting your planning retainer confirms your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and Plan to Go Agreement. Contact: info@breezewonderfultravels.com if you have questions.
Flexible Ways to Pay
for TrAVEL
Most travel suppliers allow you to secure your reservation with a low deposit when booked well in advance, with final payment typically due around 90 days prior to departure (varies by supplier).
In addition:
Flexible payment schedules may be available depending on the trip type
Financing options through Uplift may be available for qualifying bookings
We’ll walk you through the best payment option for your specific trip clearly and upfront — so there are no surprises.

What is travel protection?
Travel protection is a combination of travel insurance and 24-hour emergency assistance services designed to give you peace of mind when you travel by protecting you financially, medically, and more. No matter where you are traveling in the world, you can rest easy knowing that you have travel protection through Allianz Global Assistance. Allianz offers a variety of products tailored to protect all aspects of your trip. Please contact your Vacation Planner to find the protection that best suits your travel needs.
Why do I need travel protection?
Travel protection allows you to travel with a strong sense of security and insures your financial investment (up to the amount of your policy limits) should your trip be cancelled or interrupted for a covered reason. 24-Hour live assistance is invaluable when you find yourself in need of vital information or medical assistance in a country where you don’t speak the native tongue. Knowing that the health and well-being of you and your family are protected while you travel is truly priceless. Here are a few of the benefits you’ll enjoy:
- Reimbursement of the non-refunded portion of your travel investment if your trip is cancelled or interrupted for a covered reason
- 24-hour access to emergency medical referrals and assistance services
- Reimbursement for unexpected travel expenses
- Protection in case of medical emergencies
